The value of this design is a simple approach that helps you focus on the content, your unique accomplishments and skills that will help you stand out to get an interview, and ultimately an offer for employment. The dotted line and capitalized heading font create a small amount of visual interest, but don’t steal the show.
This resume template is easy to customize if you’d like to change up fonts or colors. It’s designed in reverse chronological order to focus on most recent work experience after a brief professional summary. The contact information is centered; everything else is left-justified. Instead of a solid line for borders, there’s a pattern. The line style is also easy to modify. If you prefer a more standard look with the solid line, just use the table border style settings to change it. Again, you can change the colors to match your preferences. Otherwise, there isn’t a lot of font style applied to this particular template. You can always add more bold or italics if you don’t think it pops.
